  • 1 Tablespoon dry mustard (preferably Colman’s brand)
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons chili powder
  • 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, cut into ½-inch-thick slices
