    5 simple recipes with pumpkin for babies

    Find out the simplest pumpkin recipes for babies:

    Pumpkin puree (6-8 months)

    Ingredient:

    • 1 pumpkin
    • the water
    • cinnamon, nutmeg (season the water in which you boil the pumpkin or sprinkle a little when you make the puree).

    Pumpkin is best when baked in the oven, but you can also cut it into cubes and steam it.

    Method of preparation:

    1. Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds

    2. Place the two halves of the pumpkin on a baking tray with about 5cm of water.

    3. Bake at 200-250 degrees Celsius for about 40-60 minutes. (when ready, the pumpkin should be soft)

    4. Peel a squash, grate it and puree it

    Apple and pumpkin puree (6-8 months)

    Ingredient:

    • 1 pumpkin
    • 3 apples peeled and cleaned from the back
    • the water
    • cinnamon or nutmeg, optional.

    Method of preparation:

    1. Cut the pumpkin in half, peel and seed it and then cut it into cubes of equal size.

    3. Put water in a saucepan and add the basket to steam vegetables

    4. Bring water to a boil and steam the pumpkin and apples until well softened (don't forget to check the water level from time to time)

    5. Let the apples and pumpkin cool a little after they are cooked, then strain them and add if you want a little cinnamon or nutmeg for more flavor.

    Baby food with apples, pumpkin and oatmeal (6-8 months)

    Ingredient:

    • 100 ml of freshly squeezed apple juice
    • 200 grams of pumpkin puree
    • 150 grams of oatmeal (ready)
    • A cinnamon powder.

    Method of preparation:

    1. Mix all ingredients

    2. If necessary, you can pass them in a blender, or you can serve them to the baby as such.

    Pumpkin cream with olive oil (8-10 months)

    Ingredient:

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
    • 200 de grame de cubulete de dovleac
    • 300 de ml de supa de legume
    • Piper, rozmarin, busuioc.

    Method of preparation:

    Incinge uleiul intr-o craticioara si adauga cubuletele de dovleac si ceapa tocata, sotand pana cand ceapa devine translucida, apoi adauga supa de legume.

    Fierbe pana cand cubuletele de dovleac s-au inmuiat suficient pentru a fi pasate si asezoneaza dupa gust cu piper, busuioc si rozmarin.

    Amesteca aceasta crema cu orez brun, couscous, sau quinoa pentru a crea un preparat indestulator, gustos si sanatos pentru bebelusul tau.

    Risotto cu dovleac

    • 60 ml olive oil
    • 1 ceapa tocata marunt
    • 1 lingura de usturoi tocat
    • 250 de grame de orez
    • 100 de ml de suc de mere proaspat stors
    • aproximativ 700 de ml de supa de pasare sau de legume
    • jumatate de dovleac copt si pasat si jumatate de dovleac taiat in cubulete si sotat in putin ulei si unt pana se inmoaie
    • 60 de grame de parmezan
    • 4 linguri de unt nesarat.

    1. Intr-o tigaie de marime medie, incalzeste uleiul de masline, adauga ceapa si usturoiul si soteaza pana cand ceapa devine translucida si moale adauga orezul si amesteca bine

    2. Adauga sucul de mere si continua sa amesteci pana cand este absorbit de orez, apoi adauga supa cat sa acoperi orezul si continua sa amesteci des, pana cand tot lichidul este absorbit

    3. Adauga si restul de supa, putin cate putin, amesteca si gateste preparatul pana este gata lichidul ar trebui sa se absoarba complet

    4. Adauga dovleacul pasat si cel cubulete si da focul mic pentru ca amestecul de dovleac si orezul sa se infuzeze. Nu da in clocot. Aduga parmezanul si amesteca untul, apoi serveste micutului preparatul.
