I put the sausages with a drop of oil in the ribbed pot for the first time, and when they started to fry a little, I added the vegetables and we hardened them together until the vegetables softened a little. Towards the end, you can put the pan in the oven to gratinate the potatoes nicely.

Serve with greens on top and a seasonal salad. But it goes perfectly with pickles.

Preheat the oven. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Cover with cold water and set aside.

Cut the pepper into thin strips, finely chop the onion and slice the carrots. Put the vegetables aside. Cut the meat into pieces and dab it with a paper towel. Mix the garlic powder with salt and pepper and season the meat. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Remove the dish from the oven, mix well and cook for another 8-10 minutes, until the potatoes penetrate. Put fresh herbs and serve.
